To reach the temple, one can take a few different routes; this is the one that has around 1400 steps, there is another route that follows the road and takes one to the parking right next to the temple, and last but not least, one can also use a cable car to reach the top.

Regarding the temple’s construction, the Banjaras built it about 300 years ago after fulfilling their wishes. According to the legend of the temple construction and the statue’s discovery, the cattle traders stopped at this place for rest and fodder.

Many people also worship Vijayasan Devi as Kuldevi.
