The national park is on Brahmaputra’s river banks in India’s northeastern states. This was established in 1985, and the government declared it a national park on April 13th, 1999, in the Darrang and Sonitpur cities of Assam. You can first reach Tezpur airport, which is 42 km away from the park. This is the nearest airport; you can take flights to Guwahati airport if you are still looking for flights. After reaching here, you can take a taxi or your vehicle to visit the park.
The nearest railway station to the park is the Saloni railway station. Tezpur railway station is also close to the park but is the busiest military station, so it is hard to get tickets.
