The TTD has introduced a unique Senior Citizen Darshan scheme, especially for the elderly and physically challenged. TTD has made special arrangements for devotees for Darshan.
Here TTD provides a special quota for Darshan and a special entry point for pilgrims. TTD always strives to provide the best facilities to devotees visiting Tirumala.
This scheme has proved the same once again. Devotees going for Darshan should get the ticket from the counter mentioned below.
This scheme will stop the misery of people who cannot walk in long queues and must run here and there for tickets. The scheme provides Darshan’s exact entry point and time slots, as given below.
Details about Tirumala Senior Citizen Darshan
- Senior Citizen Darshan had given to those above 65 years of Age.
- This Darshan allows a devotee aged 80+ years and a helper or one person for Darshan.
- It is an offline booking ticket collected before Darshan in Tirumala, and now online ticket booking is also introduced from the official website.
- This Darshan is free for senior citizens.
- The time slots for Darshan are first at 10:00 AM and second at 3:00 PM (reporting will be at 01.00 PM).
- On Fridays, there is only a one-time slot at 3:00 PM.
- The devotee should have Darshan with their Aadhaar card for proof of Age and identity.
- The entry point for Darshan can be S1 Counter (or) Supatham (or) near Tirumala Nambi Temple.
- Ticket counter timing starts from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
- You can pick up tickets opposite S.V. Museum, Tirumala.
What is the admission for Senior Citizen’s Darshan?
Senior citizens should enter for Darshan from the Supatham entrance. Supatham is just 50 meters from the entrance of the Vaikuntham Q complex. They will take senior citizens and their accompanying persons to the main temple entrance in a special bus.
They will stop the general darshan queue for a short while, and senior citizens will be allowed to visit. Darshan will take 1-2 hours, depending on the traffic.

Devotees above 65 Years are only allowed in the Senior citizen’s Quota subject to the production of their Age & identity proof, i.e. Pan Card, Aadhaar Card, Voter Card Etc.
What is the Procedure for Senior Citizen Ticket Online Booking?

- Open the official website of TTD Seva Online using the link.
- Enter log in details, Mobile number and OTP.
- Next, Select the differently abled Quota: Select the category either disabled or a senior citizen or medical case.
- Next, Select a date from the calendar (green indicates available Quota, red indicates Quota is full, and blue indicates Quota is not released)
- Select the checkbox where you accept the time slot. Select the Continue button.
- Confirm the ticket, and you will get a message confirming your ticket.
TTD Senior Citizen Darshan Rules
Instructions for Senior Citizens and Disabled Pilgrims:
- The devotee must show their Aadhaar card as proof of identity.
- A physically challenged devotee must show his Physically Challenged Certificate 3 issued by the concerned Medical Board.
- If the husband is above 65 years, spousal visitation is allowed.
- Anyone above 80 years of Age is allowed to have an attendant or assistant Darshan.
- Patients with permanent health risks are allowed for Darshan with medical records and an Aadhaar card (e.g., open operation, kidney failure, cancer, asthma etc.) only once in 90 days.
- Electric gadgets are not allowed for Darshan.
- Grandchildren below 12 years of Age had been admitted with a senior citizen without any ticket.
- Postponement, carry forward, or cancellation of any booking is not permitted.
- In case of any delay during reporting, pilgrims should seek Darshan only from Sarvani Darshan.
- Pilgrims wearing shoes are not allowed inside the queue lines, Mada streets and the temple.
- TTD reserves the right to cancel Darshan under special circumstances.

Senior citizens (65 or above) can visit Tirumala Tirupati Balaji Temple for free. Senior citizens had also given a free laddoos ticket (2 laddoos per person).
