Devuni Kadapa Temple was part of Kadapa City and a legendary site. It is also called Patha Kadapa, meaning Old Kadapa. It is famous for Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Swami. Kripacharya established the Idol of the Lord Venkateswara. In the Puranas, devuni Kadapa is mentioned as “Kripavathi Kshetram”.
