By Air: If you want to reduce your journey time, you can use airways. The nearest airport is Bhuntar Airport. Kullu airport is 50 km away. You can hire a private taxi to reach the mall road.

By Train: Many trains are available at Shimla Railway Station to reach Mall road, which is 1.5 km away. Many trains are available here.

By road: This place is in the centre, well connected, and a common road line to many major cities. Old Shimla Bus stand is the nearest bus stand. You will find many private vehicles and taxis to reach the mall road.

Tips to follow while travelling Mall road:

1. As the place is always crowded, you must be careful with things. There may be a chance for theft or robbery.
2.  During winter, always carry warm clothes like sweaters, shawls, rugs, etc.
3.  There is no vehicle entry, so I prefer taxis to reach the place.

This place is busy and beautiful every day because it is a famous tourist hangout place. But you can enjoy the cold breeze, colourful streets and different foods by visiting at night. Many people prefer visiting this place at night.

During winter, you will find many different items to buy here. So try to visit in winter. But if you want to avoid the crowd, then summer is preferable. Avoid monsoons because you can’t enjoy your visit here.
