Suprabhata Seva in Tirumala is one of the Arjitha Sevas. To take part in Arjitha Sevas, devotees have to go to Vaikuntam Q complex that is opposite to Vijaya Bank. Throughout the 11 months of  Suprabhata Seva in Tirumala, Sri Venkateswara Suprabhatham, Prapatti, Mangalasaasanam gives by Sri Prathivadhi Bhayankaran will recite. In Dhanur maasam Tiruppavai will recite.

Suprabhata Seva in Tirumala Timings:

First of all, the seva is for half an hour i.e. from 3:00 Am to 3:30 Am. Although the reporting time is at 2:00 Am, the pilgrims start assembling at VCQ at 12:30 Am for seva. The TTD authorities will verify the tickets at various points in the temple.  It takes about 20 mins to enter the temple premises. Any queue system will not follow here, you can notice that devotees will rush towards the temple. So it is obvious that the devotee who comes first will be standing near to the Dwaaram.

Till today the Jeeyar leads all the temple activities. Daily after the completion Ekanta Seva in the night, the temple door will lock and seal. The key will submit to Jeeyar, next day morning Jeeyar will accompany with archakars to open the temple doors.

Yadava used to offer milk to Lord Srinivasa when he was relaxing in an ant hill. And Lord Krishna was born in Yadava family. So, till today only Yadavas has the advantage to have Perumal’s Srinivasa’s darshan first. Bangaru Vaakili doors will open, but Lord Srinivasa’s darshan is not possible due to the presence of screen.

The poojaris who comes along with Jeeyar will recite Sri Venkateswara Suprabhatam beginning with “Kousalya Supraja Rama…” containing 29 slokams in it. Then next “Kamalakucha…” will recite in praise of lord, it has 11 verses. It will follow by ” Venkateswara Prapathi”, it comprises 16 verses. Benediction beginning with “Sriyah Kantayah” containing 14 verses will recite. After this, the Poojaris will go into garbhagriham, light up deepams and will remove Utsava vigraham from the bed. After doing suddhi, the curtain will rise for Vishwaroopa darshan of Lord Venkateswara. Finally, Teertha prasadam will offer along with Venkateswara’s darshan.
