Sri Venugopala Swamy Temple Karvetinagaram has the idol of Lord Krishna. It is the only temple of Lord Krishna within the Tirupati locale, portraying his childhood.
The temple is in Karvetinagaram town, that is at a distance of 42 km from Tirupati. Here Lord Krishna is along with his righteous wife Goddess Rukmini Devi and Goddess Satyabhama. This Venugopala Swamy temple is under the maintenance of Tirupati. Earlier it was in the hands of Narayanavanam rulers.
