Amaravathi Temple Pooja Timings or Amareswara Swamy pooja Timings are as follows. The main deity of this temple is Lord Shiva in the form of Amareswara Swamy along with Bala Chamundika. This temple is one among the Pancharama Kshetras.

Amareswara Swamy Nithya Kalyanam:

However, Amareswara Swamy Pooja Nithya Kalyanam will perform to Utsav deities in Mandapam along with the main deity for Darshan. This Kalyanam will perform by temple priests only. This seva will perform daily but not on Special days. There is no online booking of seva tickets available for this temple. Devotees must purchase seva tickets on the same day of kalyanam at the temple counters. It takes 1 hour to complete the Seva. Couples will perform this Seva.

Amaravathi Rudrabhishekam:

However, by chanting the Rudra mantra Temple priests perform Amareswara Swamy Pooja and Abhishekam. Devotees are allowed to perform and watch the Abhishekam. This Seva will perform on all days. Usually, it takes 30-45 minutes to complete the pooja. The devotees have to purchase the tickets at the Temple counter on the same day. No online booking facility available.

How to reach Amareswara Swamy temple or Amaravathi Temple:

By Air: The Nearest airport is Vijayawada which is 56 km far away from the temple.

On Train: However, New Guntur railway station and Guntur Jn are the nearest railway stations. From there we can reach by road to Amaravathi.

By Bus: From Guntur main bus stand to Amaravathi it is 30 km far away. From Amaravathi bus station to the temple the distance is 1.5 km. From there we can reach by local transport or Auto-rickshaw. However, APSRTC runs a number of buses from all major cities to here.
